Etiquette of communication with military personnel and veterans: a webinar in partnership with the "Yak ty, brate?" charity foundation

On November 14, in partnership with the "Yak ty, brate?"charity foundation and certified trainer Zoya Zinovieva, we held a webinar on "Features of communication with veterans and military personnel." 

We discussed specific communication algorithms in different situations, where to start a conversation, the etiquette of communication with military personnel and veterans, and difficult communication cases.

We realized that the topic is very relevant because more than 120 people of various professions from all over Ukraine registered for the webinar. We received many requests for additional similar events because people face difficulties in communicating with soldiers/veterans in the family, at work, or are going to work in the field of helping this target audience.
