Report on the work of the Foundation for 2024

2025 was a challenging but also busy year.

We continued our work in three strategic areas in the frontline communities of the Kherson region:

• Public safety

Reducing the impact of military and man-made risks on the civilian population and local institutions. This is our #1 priority, as neither development nor recovery is possible without basic security.

• Social cohesion

Increasing residents' trust and involvement in recovery processes through participatory approaches. We believe that people should not be objects, but subjects of recovery.

• Analytical activity and integrity

Ensuring data-based decision-making and anti-corruption monitoring. Recovery should not only be fast but also transparent and fair.
