299 people received charitable aid in Kherson

From April 18 to May 2, 80 Kherson families received food kits. Large families, families with disabled people, and many elderly people who could not afford to buy food due to russian troops occupying Kherson received aid.

The total coverage of charitable aid for the specified period is 299 Kherson residents, of which:

  • 48 are children,
  • 157 are aged 18-59,
  • 94 are pensioners.

The total amount of purchases was UAH 70,050.00.

Such small attention from the volunteers in the form of food kits for the townspeople, especially for people of a respectable age, gives them hope and raises their spirits. At a time when the Kherson region is blocked and almost completely occupied by russian invaders, no humanitarian cargo from the Ukraine-controlled territory can reach people.

Half of the residents of  Kherson, if not more, have lost their jobs. Although pensioners receive retirement pay on credit cards, getting it from the bank means standing in line for 5 hours, which is often beyond the power of even young people.

We buy Ukrainian goods and food products that are still available in the Kherson region. Don't delay your support - help the people of Kherson understand that they have not been set adrift.

You can support Kherson people by Visa/Mastercard and/or bank transfer.
