Presentation of universal recommendations regarding the action plan after the de-occupation of communities

On February 16, 2024, at 1:30 p.m., the Kherson Regional Charitable Foundation "Union" will hold a press conference at which universal recommendations regarding the action plan and priority directions for restoring the vitality of settlements after de-occupation will be presented.

These recommendations were developed by the joint efforts of representatives of three already de-occupied the Stanislav, Bilozerka, and Chornobaivka communities in the Kherson region. The recommendations were based on the evidence about the consequences of the russian occupation and recommendations of the residents of these communities.

The recommendations contain more than 150 questions, structured by directions: security, infrastructure, humanitarian aid, medicine, economy, human resources, etc.

Speakers:

  • Yurii Antoschuk, head of the Kherson Regional Charitable Foundation "Union"
  • Mykola Homanyuk, Candidate of Sociological Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Geography and Ecology of Kherson State University.
  • Vadym Horb, elder of Shiroka Balka village, the Stanislav community
  • Zorie Ganieva, chief specialist for municipal initiatives and investments of the Chornobaivka Village Council
  • Antonina Tyshchenko, legal advisor of the Bilozerka Regional Development Center

Why is it important?

Thanks to these questions, it will be possible to quickly assess the actual state of affairs in the newly de-occupied settlements, determine the priority areas of recovery, and optimize aid provision.

The recommendations are universal and can be used by any community. They will help unite the efforts of the authorities, public organizations, and volunteers to effectively restore life in the liberated territories at various stages.

We invite the mass media and everyone who cares to participate in the presentation of universal recommendations regarding the action plan and priority directions for restoring life in settlements after de-occupation.
