The Representatives of the Union Foundation participated in the networking meeting “BridgePoint: Where Ideas and People Meet”

On December 2–4, 2025, representatives from the Union Foundation attended the three-day networking meeting “BridgePoint: Where Ideas and People Meet,” held in Kyiv. The event brought together the winners of the Impulse project grant competitions, creating an environment for meaningful professional exchange, the development of management competencies, and the building of partnerships.

The event was organized by the Eastern Europe Foundation together with the International Renaissance Foundation, with financial support from Norad and Sida.

The program combined interactive formats, thematic modules, and opportunities for informal communication. Participants worked on:

  • establishing inter-organizational ties and mapping communities;
  • identifying shared interests and areas of potential partnerships;
  • development of project management skills, working with stakeholders, and managing changes;
  • strengthening psychological resilience and a culture of effective team interaction.

The training blocks were designed to enhance the professional capacity of public organizations and foster more resilient teams capable of operating in uncertain and high-workload environments.

The value of participation for our team

Participation in BridgePoint allowed the Foundation team to:

  • expand the circle of partners and establish new contacts with organizations from different regions;
  • strengthen expertise in project management and stakeholder management;
  • integrate self-diagnosis, team interaction, and culture-building tools into the Foundation's internal processes;
  • gain inspiration and new ideas for future initiatives in frontline and de-occupied communities.

The BridgePoint networking meeting became a space where people, experiences, and solutions truly come together, forming the basis for stronger partnerships and more effective projects in the field of community recovery and development.
