Representatives of the Kherson Regional Charitable Foundation “Union” participated in a meeting of UNDP partner organizations in Dnipro. The event brought together civil society organizations and charitable foundations from eastern, southern, and western Ukraine to exchange experiences, present best practices, and explore new opportunities for cooperation.
Three organizations represented the Kherson region at the meeting: the Kherson Regional Charitable Foundation “Union,” the “KRYLA FOUNDATION” Charitable Foundation, and the NGO “DarTil.”
During the presentation, the team from the Union Foundation spoke about the network of working groups on community engagement that has been operating in the Kherson region since 2023. Participants were also briefed on the current security situation in the region and the vision for future work with communities over the next two years.
The meeting served as a platform for organizations from different regions of Ukraine to exchange experiences. It provided an opportunity to present the results of work in frontline communities in the Kherson region, discuss common challenges, and learn about initiatives from other UNDP partners.
