The Novovorontsovka Community Receives 5 Drone Detectors

The Union Foundation provided the Novovorontsovka community with five “Dzyga” drone detectors.

We have repeatedly discussed the need for drone detection equipment at working group meetings over the past year. Finally, we were able to provide this assistance thanks to our partners at Razom for Ukraine.

The detectors will help identify aerial threats in time and make the work of community members a little safer.

Unfortunately, the security situation in the community has deteriorated significantly over the past six months, as it has in the surrounding area and neighboring settlements. This affects not only the lives of people in the community but also the ability to hold planned events and implement joint initiatives. Some of this work is currently on hold due to the lack of an appointed head of the community’s military administration.

Wonderful people continue to live and work in the Novovorontsovka community, supporting their community despite all the challenges.
