(Extended) The "Union" Foundation announces an open tender for the purchase of services - organization of events

Kherson Regional Charitable Fund "Union" within the framework of the initiative "Kherson Region: Public Security and Recovery in the Conditions of Change" implemented with the assistance of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Ukraine with the financial support of the Government of Denmark, provided within the framework of the United Nations Program for Reconstruction and Peacebuilding, announces an open tender for the purchase of services - organization of events: 

  1. 2-day workshop "Formation of information policy." Time: second half of June - first half of July 2024. 
  2. 2-day project management training. Time: second half of July - first half of August 2024.

The date of the tender announcement: May 23, 2024. 

Tender submission deadline: June 16, 2024 

The subject of purchase is the organization of events. 

Term of service provision: within 90 days from the date of signing the Agreement.


Requirements for the supplier of goods/services - a tender participant 

Business entities duly registered under the legislation of Ukraine, with work experience in the relevant field, relevant KVED (classifier of types of economic activities) for the provision of services, and the opportunity to provide originals of accompanying documents with a seal and signature are invited to participate in the tender (a contract for the provision of services, an act of services performed). 

The tender participant provides the following documents to the organizer: 

  1. Copy of the document confirming the state registration; 
  2. A copy of the document confirming the tax status; 
  3. Tender offer, filled in according to the sample (Annex 2); 
  4. A sample contract for the provision of services; 
  5. Documents confirming experience (recommendation letters, contracts for similar services, etc.); 
  6. The original of the invoice. 


Essential criteria (conditions) for the selection of tender offers: 

  1. The participant must comply with the qualification requirements of the tender announcement. 
  2. Compliance of the submitted documents with the conditions of the tender announcement. 
  3. The quality of the service description and compliance with the organizer's expectations. 
  4. Acceptable price, terms of payment, and terms of service. 


Tender procedures 

Questions regarding the tender can be sent to e-mail office@fundunion.org, ac@fundunion.org by 18:00 on June 13, 2024. 

Tender offers that fully comply with the conditions of this tender announcement are allowed to participate in the selection of tenders. 

Tender offers shall be valid and not be subject to change by the tender's participants who submitted them once the services are fully completed. 

Tender documents must be drawn up in Ukrainian, signed by an authorized person of the participant and certified with a seal (if available), and sent (in PDF format) by the participant to the UNDP email grants.ua@undp.org with the subject of the letter "Open tender Agreement No. RPP /2023/04/016/CS name of the participant" by 18:00 on June 16, 2024. All tender offers received by the organizer after the deadline for their submission, namely after 18:00 on June 16, 2024, will not be considered. 

The winner of the tender will be determined by the tender organizer after the financial and technical evaluation of the proposed tender offers in accordance with the essential selection criteria (conditions) specified in this tender announcement, but no later than June 22, 2024. 

The results of the tender by sending relevant messages by e-mail within no more than three working days from the date of decision on the selection of winners.


Additional caveats 

The participant of this general procedure (open tender) takes into account and agrees that the tender organizer reserves the right to demand from the tender participant additional documents and/or information confirming the compliance of individual provisions of the documents with the requirements and conditions of this tender announcement. 

By submitting documents for participation in the general procedure (open tender) under this tender announcement, the participant of this general procedure (open tender) confirms his understanding and agreement that the tender organizer may reject his tender offer if the offers of other participants contain more favorable term, and that the tender organizer is not limited in accepting any other offer with more favorable conditions for him.
