Thanks to cooperation with the Stanislav Military Administration and the support of the USAID project “Ukraine Confidence Building Initiative (UCBI)” and the Union Foundation, the Stanislav community is beginning to implement four projects developed based on previously collected ideas from community residents.
The projects aim to support the local fire brigade, strengthen the quality of the warning system about potential threats, improve the material base of medical institutions, and provide employees of budget institutions of the Stanislav community with means of warning about drone danger.
As a reminder, community residents previously submitted ideas and proposals for restoring settlements in the Stanislav community. The competition committee, which included community residents, particularly a military serviceman originally from Stanislav, public organizations, and representatives of the Union Foundation, selected the 10 best ideas that became the basis for these projects. All four projects aim to preserve residents' lives and health.
“Thanks to the assistance of international organizations, cooperation with UCBI, and the Union Foundation, the Stanislav community will be able to strengthen the local fire department with firefighting equipment and additional means of transportation, improve the quality of warning the population about potential threats, and equip medical facilities with additional equipment. All projects were developed based on the ideas proposed by residents, including those currently outside the community,” said Oleksandr Babutskyi, head of the Stanislav VMA.
The projects also include some information and educational activities, which will involve both employees of budgetary institutions and community residents. For detailed information, please contact the Stanislav Village Council, starosta districts, or the contacts listed below.
