The "Koltsova 41", the "200th anniversary of Kherson 3" and the "Vesna" condominiums received generators with a capacity of 3.3 kW, cans, extension cords on a coil, and network filters to provide residents of high-rise buildings with the opportunity to recharge household appliances and telephones in the event of power outages in Kherson.
Charitable aid was provided by the Kherson Regional Charitable Fund "Union" with the support of the "Strengthening Intersectoral Cooperation for Social Cohesion (SC3)" project, which is co-financed by the European Union and the British Council in Ukraine.
As part of the project, each entrance of the specified condominiums will soon be equipped with a stationary fire stand containing a fire-prevention mat, fire-hook, crowbar, shovel, axe, bucket, and powder-type fire extinguishers.
Fires often occur in Kherson because of the constant shelling by the russian occupiers from the left bank of the Dnipro River. There are also periodic power outages.
We will remind you that earlier, our Fund also delivered 18 generators to Kherson for condominiums and volunteer centers of the city with the support of the UCBI III project.
