The Bilozerka community received 5 charging stations with a capacity of 3 kW from UNDP within the WGPSR's activities

The Bilozerka community received 5 charging stations with a capacity of 3 kW from UNDP as part of the working group on public safety and recovery.

Two charging stations are already in the medicines warehouse, two more are in the Belozerka dispensary, and one has been transferred to the Myrolyubivka dispensary. This equipment provides refrigerators with vaccines and medicines with a stable power supply in the event of a lack of electricity, which allows compliance with the conditions for storing medicines.

The need for such equipment was determined during a meeting of the working group on public safety and recovery, created in the Belozerka community as part of the initiative "Kherson region: public security and recovery in conditions of change" of the "Union" Foundation with the assistance of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Ukraine with the financial support of the Government of Denmark, provided within the framework of the UN Program for Reconstruction and Peacebuilding.

Similar working groups have been created and have been operating since August this year in 6 de-occupied communities of the Kherson region: Novovorontsovka, Visokopillia, Kochubeivka, Chornobaivka, Bilozerka, and Stanislav. According to the results of their work, 8 mini-initiatives in the public safety field have already been prepared, which should be implemented by the end of the year.
